Nundara is the Group's tech infrastructure: tokenisation, digital subscription processes, register connectivity and access APIs – the technology through whichthe issuance, subscription and distribution of tokenised securities run today. Issuers, credit institutions, securities institutions and distributors connect once and use the same rail.
Issuer Access bundles issuance, subscription and register data; Broker and Venue Access connect institutions and distributors as pure data interfaces – oneconnection per role, without any in-house technical development. Registermaintenance is carried out via licensed register-keepers under § 16 eWpG. In addition, Nundara has operated the DLT-OTC as a bulletin board since 2021: buying and selling are already possible today – sell offers are displayed and accepted bilaterally; no multilateral matching takes place.
The infrastructure is designed to be extended with further regulated services – subject to the respective required regulatory approvals.
